No passports for Caribbean Cruises until June 1, 2009

I guess it is as official as it has ever been over the past few years. The Homeland and State Departments issued a press release that the official Passport or Pass Card would not be required until June 2009. Many people had been waiting until the last minutes before their cruises not knowing if the federal government would move the requirement date. Now those worries are delayed until next year.
